COVID negative report mandatory for entering Rajasthan

New guidelines have been issued for travelers visiting Rajasthan. Tourists will have to present the RT-PCR negative report which should be valid for 72 hours at airports, railway stations and bus stands, or else face a 15-day quarantine period. This will be in place from 25 March 2021.

Earlier this month, the government of Rajasthan mandated the negative report for people coming from Kerala, Maharashtra, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat to control the rise in covid cases in the state.

Apart from this night curfew will be imposed in eight cities which include Jaipur, Udaipur, and Jodhpur from 11 PM to 5 AM.

476 cases were reported in the state, last Sunday with Jaipur being the top contributor.
