Rose Garden and Cactus Garden visit

First spot has to be the Zakir Hussain Rose Garden, to give your trip a perfect start.

It is known to be the largest rose garden in Asia. It has countless varieties of not only roses but many herbs and plants that are used for medicinal purposes. The display of flowers, lawns and arches make it one of the most visited spot for tourists and localities as well.

Second attraction for the day is one-of-a-kind, Cactus Garden, 11 km from city centre.

Such garden is exclusive and hard to find anywhere else. The garden is home to some rare and endangered species of cacti. It is a research centre and is situated in Panchkula. Plantsmen and garden lovers will love to visit this unique garden.

You can look to have your lunch here and there are multiple restaurants and food joints around the garden.  Gopal Sweets is very popular in this area which serves vegetarian North Indian, South Indian and Chinese cuisines at a price range of Rs. 500 – 600 for two. After cactus garden, you would love to see the newly built, Japanese Garden.

Inaugurated in the year 2014, the garden has gained immense popularity. The decoration, cleanliness, energetic visitors are something you cannot afford to skip. The architectures and sculptures which are native to the land of rising sun make it photographer’s paradise.

Your garden tour ends at Garden of Fragrance

The garden is so named because of the blooming fragrant flowers. No doubt, this is one of the most colourful gardens. An ideal place to spend your evenings and wind up the day.

Interested folks can look to visit the ISKCON Temple adjacent to the garden.

Head towards to hotel and give yourself some rest.
