Air: Maharana Pratap Airport (UDR) is approximately 20 km from the city centre. Pre-paid taxis and car rental services can be availed from their respective counters. It takes around 30 – 40 minutes to reach area surrounding Pichola Lake/City Palace.
Rail: Udaipur City (UDZ) is situated at the centre of the city, just 3 km from Pichola Lake. Indian Railways runs a luxury tourist train Palace on Wheels to give a royal touch to your journey.
Bus: Buses and Volvos, owned by state transport corporation and private owners, are available that connect the city with other parts of the northern and central states.
