Today’s first attraction is the iconic Library Building.
The library has been in existence since the colonial period. Although it is not open to tourists, the building itself is a delightful sight. The viewpoint adjacent to the Library building is a popular site for photography and it gets crowded as the day progresses.

After this point, you head towards the ropeway station to Gun Hill Point
Gun Hill Point is another tourist attraction in Mussoorie. The cable car is what people enjoy the most. However, if you are fond of walking, you can take the road that leads the viewpoint.

After exploring the Gun Hill, Camel’s Back Road is the place to go.
The road is 3 km in length and is perfect for long walks. There is one viewpoint that falls midway. The view from this location is different from the others. You get to see the mountains and not the valley.

Landour Excursion
03:00 PM – 05:00 PM
After quenching your hunger, your next destination will be Lal Tibba.
Lal Tibba is the most famous viewpoint in Mussoorie and its closer to Landour. Its 4 km from Kalsang restaurant and 8 km away from Library Chowk. This is considered to be the highest point in Mussoorie and famous peaks of the Himalayas – Badrinath, Kedarnath can be viewed through the telescope.
Time duration: 1 – 1.5 hours
Mode of Transport: Hire a Taxi for a round trip.

After completing the sightseeing, just wander through the Library Chowk and Mall Road.
